Operator and orders

JUASKL™ is owned and operated by Sanye Technology Industrial (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd.. These terms apply to purchases made through juaskl.com.

When placing an order, you confirm that the information entered at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment. Where reasonably necessary, an order may be declined or canceled because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical error, legal restriction, or another legitimate operational reason.

Products, prices, and payment

We aim to describe floral supplies accurately. Minor appearance differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, or reasonable product variation.

Product prices, available shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes, and the order total are shown at checkout before submission. Available payment methods are displayed there; orders require successful payment authorization and may be subject to fraud or security checks.

Processing, shipping, and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, unusually high order volume, or other peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Standard shipping to supported United States destinations generally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on inventory availability, product location, and destination, orders may be fulfilled from our facilities or designated fulfillment partners; the shipment origin may differ from the business registration address.

Returns and refunds

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. Approved returns are inspected after receipt; eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Cancellation and product issues

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before fulfillment begins. We will make a reasonable effort to honor eligible requests, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment starts. No cancellation fee is charged for orders successfully canceled before fulfillment.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us with the order information and photos or video where appropriate. We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return solution.

Promotions, errors, and consumer rights

Promotional offers may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, or other conditions shown with the offer.

We may correct genuine pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors when identified. If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
